Hi I have a 'samsung A15' and a 'shokz' headset. I have bought them both this year, but so far I have been unable to use the headset with the phone. I have tried the usual ways to connect the two together, switching on the headset, and then attempting to connect, or scanning for devices first and then switching on device but I am not having any luck.
Is anyone able to help?

Try to reset headphones
Other thing you can do is to reset Bluetooth and WiFi in settings > general management > reset
