A35 - Photos and Videocamera .blue

Hello to all.

I use an A35, which is a great phone, but whenever I use video record, it always comes out very blue. So if I'm recording a person is wearing a white shirt, it'll look blue in the recording. Or a white wall will look blue.

I've spent hours in the settings and gotten nowhere.

Any advice or suggestions?

have you tried resetting the camera settings? and clearing the cache and data the the camera app?

even if it is, try updating the device and clearing the cache and data of the camera. If that doesn't solve the issue, then maybe your brand new device happened to be a faulty device.

Contact the seller for a replacement.
