Hope someone can help me , I have a Samsung A03s which has been running slow and saying my storage is running out . I went through my phone clearing off photos , apps ect then noticed I have double apps on the phone ones that has a blue suitcase by one . I can't delete them , I have taken my phone into 2 phones shops , and even spent 30 mins on the phone with Samsung help. Nobody has seen this before and an update did not fix it . This is my last choice to resolve the issue, before I try factory reset.
