Battery protection 85% - A12

How do I turn on the battery protection 85% feature on my Galaxy A12? It is not in battery settings. I had the option when I was initially setting up but now cannot find it in any menu or in any topic on here

If you go into settings
Battery and device care
Select battery and at the bottom of the list is more battery settings
At the bottom of that you have protect battery. Just select that on

Adaptive battery

Show battery percentage

Fast charging

Thats it. No more options

Ah right.
Well have you tried going into settings. Then in the search bar looked for battery saving, or charging settings etc.
Not sure how else you may find it.
Is your software up to date

Tried searching for all these. Nothing. How do I contact someone at Samsung. Someone there must know

@pauljames Hello, go to Settings / Advanced functions and check if you have Bixby Routines. If so, then you just have to download the Good Lock app and specifically its Routines module. Then you can set the battery warning level to your liking.
But I don't know if your model has Bixby, a greeting.

Maybe someone else on here can help. If you had the option during setup, it must be available in settings somewhere.
If you are near to a Samsung service centre. Could be worth a visit

The a12 dosnent have bixby only the a51 and s series and some j series phones have bixby home.

I use an app called Accubattery, set it to vibrate or beep at 85%.
