Albums Gone!

Anyone else magically lost photo albums in last 10 days or so? Not in recycle bin, not anywhere. Have tried deleting cache etc. But totally no idea how they have gone??

Where do you store your photos i.e sync them to @Tish71

OneDrive etc ?

I sync to Dropbox.

You may need to check out your Gallery Sync path to try and troubleshoot what's going on.

I have no idea where they sync to. Used to be Samsung cloud then I think its supposed to be Google pics but they aren't there either🤷‍♀️....just weird its only 2 or 3 albums rather than all of them

OneDrive took over as the vault for photo's from Samsung Cloud, however a person needed to aurhorise the change on their phone.
