My call barring wont let me turn it off,  I've reset my phone multiple times and still nothing , it keeps asking me to enter a password to turn it off but I don't know any for that , I need to be able to call work and my family , any suggestions

Sometimes an initial password is 0000 or maybe 1234.

If a new passcode has been set and you can't remember it then I'm thinking maybe a factory reset will help.

You may also want to check with your network customer services just to ensure they haven't activated call barr on your account @el16mae2006
