Yes it should work on the UK Network's.
It's only if you import a phone i.e from america or Hong Kong that certain features may not work and the warranty wouldn't be supported by Samsung Uk.
For example I imported a phone into the UK from Hong Kong as I wanted the Snapdragon version of the Samsung Note²⁰ Ultra so this wasn't covered by the warranty as I imported from outside of the Eu.
