A53 5G One UI 6.0 constant restarts

Since the update my phone freezes/crashes and restarts itself 10-15 times a day. I can't find any pattern in timing or what I'm doing, it just randomly happens while using different apps or while idle. It often gets a bar of static across the screen and makes a clicking noise when it freezes, and then reboots itself two or three times before being fine again for a while.

SAME. 
It started 2 weeks ago and now it just makes my  A53 phone reboot randomly whenever I use the GPS.
I have no idea what to do.

Oh man, can I tell you I have been dealing with this exact same issue for 3 weeks on my work device. A53. So frustrating and annoying. The worst part is tech support have me try every troubleshooting technique in the world including factory reset and nothing worked. They can't determine the problem. I happen to see this post and decided to respond. The back of the phone gets warm/hot and that's where the restarts begins. I know tech expert but i just think the OS is defective. I did find a temp solution and that was to place the phone in the fridge for 10 min to cool down. This helped alot. I just received a new phone and will have my IT guys transfer everything.

So, I did a factory reset on my A53 and that did not help. Still freezes up, still has the static bar across the screen, still goes into random reboot mode.  Incredible that Samsung does nothing

Yep, my phone was working fine until a specific update then it stopped working. 
Also tried everything.
For me, it resets especially when I use the GPS.

Update: after reading a few posts that said their phone crashes only when location services are ON I decided to update my a53 to ui 6.1 and  turn off location services. I had zero crashes for about 2 hours while doing updates and restoring data. Then I started texting and enabled my gboard keyboard and it immediately crashed as soon as turned gboard on. 

Could gboard be the problem? Anyone else use it? After it crashed I restarted and quickly un-installed gboard and so far it's working fine

I dont have gboard but yes, its the gps that is rebooting the phone.

Update again. Gboard and location services not the only problem but when they're off it goes longer with no reboot. Now that it's been a couple days and it's been super hot, the phone reboots way more so it's been in the freezer a lot. I ordered a pixel 8 and as I picked it up my a53 literally screamed at me from my pocket like a glitched out amber alert. So embarrassing. Byeeee samsung!
