My smartphone (A52s) has problems connecting to Internet with mobile data. I think I have this problem after the last update. I have reset the network settings. I have restart the device a lot of times. After restarting it works properly for a while and then again no. Do you know what could I do?

Hi @Dinaki, good afternoon.

Do you also experience this when you have started your phone in Safe Mode? With the Safe Mode you start the device without installed third-party apps, the device then only boots with standard applications. Look here for information on how to start Safe Mode on your device: https://bit.ly/3gqindd

Kind regards,

Martijn

Goodmorning,

Have you tried it with a different simcard?

Do you only have problems with mobile internet or on wifi too?

Good morning Patrick,

Thank you for your reply. It's a dual sim so I have tried with both sim cards. No wifi works fine, it's only with the mobile data.

To start you can send an error report through the Samsung Members app > Support > Error Reports. The developers will than get your report and maybe they can fix it for you with an update.

A faster option would be to visit a service point from Samsung and have the device checked.

When you go to Settings >  Battery and Device Maintenance > Battery, do you see any apps which stand out? And how is the battery in the safe mode? Apps of third parties will temporary be disabled.

In the Members-app you can test also the battery performance. Open the Members-app and go to Support > Diagnoses and select the battery test.

Kind regards,

Martijn
