Ever since The update to version 11 I have had problems with my A71, lockups, bad connections to internet and bluetooth. I would like to revert to v10 but do not know how.

Can anyone help.

You cant do this without losing warrenty.
Your best option is to do a factory reset.
This usualy fixes problems that can occur after big Android updates.
