Galaxy A55 5g internet conection problem

Hi all,
I have a samsung galaxy a55 5g, i use data internet conection with 4g or 5g, but after making my phone on on the flay mode or when I make a call with my phone, after disconnecting the internet connection, it connects as E(2g) for a while.
Did anybody already face this issue?

What is 'flay mode' ?

Which provider do you have? Did you already reset your network settings?

I am sorry, i made a mistake, on the flight mode. Lyca mobile netherlands.
To clarify, I tried with different simcard and differrnt providers and also test the simcard in another phone. But the problem is related to the galaxy A55.
The phone has problem in network switching in 5G. So if I restrict my phone from connecting to 5g, the problem will be solved. But when I choose 5g/4g/3g/2g, take a long time (some times several hours) to switch back from E to 5g after disconnecting for call or airplain mode.

Thats not normal, have you tried a factory reset without SmartSwitch?

Not only i tried factory reset, but also I exchanged my phone and get a new one but the issue is still persists
