Galaxy A SeriesHi. I have a new Lebara Sim. I just moved from Smarty. I am totally unable to access voicemail and I know I have a message waiting. My phone is unlocked but when I dial 121 it says that its not registered on the Vodafone network. I have ported my number over and it went through this morning. Do I need to wait longer for all services to be active? I've not contacted customer support yet but I will be. Any suggestions

Galaxy A Series@Dafodil72: Are you currently able to make/receive calls? If so, please open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Voicemail > Voicemail number, and make sure that a number is populated here.

It can take a short while for the porting in files to fully settle.
If they don't then this is known as a Split Port.
Your New Network will have porting in teams that should be able to help you get your account fully up and running.
