My sim is not being recognised by my new phone

Any sim recognised in the phone. Is your sim working in some other phone

Test another SIM from a friend or family member to confirm if it's the phone or SIM. Also, test your SIM in another device. If another SIM works, or your SIM doesn't work in another device, the SIM is the issue, and so on.

Maybe try and purchase a data pack or payg.
It might trigger the Sims activation it happend to my s25u and worked.
