Sim problem (Samsung a13)

I recently factory reseted my phone because I forgot my password but now neither of my sims work. They both say "unknown number". Anyone know how to fix this?
 
Things I have tried: Restarting my phone, using another phone and turning my sim off, resting network settings and turning sim on and off.
 
Device Name: Samsung a13
 
Device Model Number: SM-A137F/DSN

What exactly says unknown number? As in, what's telling you that?

Can you make and receive calls or is that not working?

When I go to sim manager, it says unknown number under my sim. I can't receive sms, make or receive calls

Have you tried removing your sims, making sure the contacts are clean with a cloth and putting them back in? They might just not be reading correctly

You could try resetting mobile network settings. In general management within settings

Can you make and receive calls using those sims and do they show the number ok on the recipients device?

If yes, wouldn't worry about it.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
