I'm facing auto restart issue in my Samsung galaxy A33 5G mobile because of software update, I reached out to samsung showroom but they asked me to pay the money to resolve the problem, I reach out samsung customer care no use they told the same. Most of the Samsung user facing same problem why should I pay the money for problem which is caused by Samsung. I expect Samsung to resolve the problem and please do the needful ASAP.

Hi @Aarthi Did you do much Troubleshooting before reaching out to the store or did the staff try anything before informing you of their decision? could check the Diagnostics to see if any errors are identified.
otherwise if no restart option is set idea to try in Safe Mode if you have installed third party apps to pinpoint apps which may be causing conflict. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
could also clear the cache partition if issues persist before seeking further advice.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
Can also Repair Apps from the same Recovery Menu.
Can send an Error Report via Samsung Members-Support-Send Feedback-Error Reports-Lock up/Restarting. include some details and ensure that system logs is ticked.

This exactly the same problem I'm currently facing with my A33 5g Samsung phone. It'll just suddenly go blank and go off to auto restart by itself. It's very frustrating.

I ready mailed to Samsung India & given them 7 days time to resolve the problem or I will file against Samsung company in our Indian Court. &
