I'm experiencing a peculiar issue affecting mobile data when both SIMs are active on my Samsung A33 5G. I'm running the latest available software (One UI 7 on Android 15).
Here's the rundown:
The Problem: When both SIMs are enabled, SIM_1's mobile data becomes incredibly slow, with significant delays (5-6 seconds or more) for incoming traffic. This leads to app timeouts and makes even basic browse impossible.
Observations: The mobile data icon suggests data is being sent, but the issue seems to be with receiving data.
What Works:
If I use SIM_1 alone in another phone, data works perfectly.
If I disable SIM_2 on my A33, SIM_1's data connection functions without a hitch.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue with their dual-SIM phone? Any insights or potential solutions would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: for the sake of clarity, when I say "enabled" I mean they they are both turned on in SIM manager

Hi there! Both SIMs can be enabled and thus ready to receive calls, for instance. Naturally, only one is used for mobile data. Not relevant, but in my case SIM_1 is set as default for calls, sms, and data.
