Cannot update Samsung Cloud after updating the phone to One UI 7

Hello,

I have updated my Galaxy A33 to One UI 7. Since then, I can't use Samsung Cloud anymore, since it says it needs to be updated to be used again. When I accept this message, the notification appears that says "Updating". But it goes on infinitely, and never completes.

I already tried to restart the phone, and clear Samsung Cloud app cache, but it still doesn't complete the update.

How can I do? I need Samsung Cloud to automatically upload my photos to the linked One Drive account, as it has worked until I installed the system update. Thank you in advance!

Having the same issue and just updated to Android version 15.

I'm the same with being unable to update cloud and so can't back up anything, and my battery seems to be draining really quickly too since the One UI update. Is Samsung going to fix this?

same here. samsung cloud keeps asking to be update but just hangs while installing, since updating my s22 ultra to oneui7/android15. gcash app also keeps prompting unstable internet connection, preventing me from logging in. battery drains faster, also.
