Please help! I recently purchased a new Galaxy A32 5g. At the beginning all was ok with using whatsapp video call with my family at the same time I was using my UberEats Driver App. I was able to have both simultaneously and or switch back and forth. Audio sound was great! Then this week I began to hear this crackling sound when trying to the same thing. The crackling sound goes away when switching to Whatsapp only but when trying to go back to Uber Driver app the crackling sound begins.
I have reset all apps, done updates, and even installed sound assistant and nothing works. Your input with this matter is appreciated. What could be the issue. No water damage or speaker damage. I can hear excellent sound when using only one app at a time.
