Be aware one of the processes in the first link does have the capability of deleting your stored data. 

If this fails seek help from a Samsung Service Centre.

This thread I am going to link will catch you up on everything. There are no answers and Samsung has not publicly admitted any wrongdoing. We might have to file a class-action for this.

since the update my phone lags while opening or using apps and the storage is not full .So i recently factory reset the device to see if it will help the phone worked well and smoothly till i updated it a few hours later apps started to hung and the first error it showed me is system processor error . the apps mostly affected are ticktock snapchat call of duty mobile .
