Last night, I updated my A52 5g to the latest security patch level of 1 March 2025. Version: A5260ZHSCGYC1 /A5260OZSCGYC1 / A5260ZHSCGYC1. After the update, I can't access any mobile network on my phone. I put the SIM in another phone and the SIM connects to mobile networks. When I put another SIM in my phone, it does not connect to any mobile network.

I have done all the resets and several restarts, the phone still does not connect to any network. WiFi and Bluetooth work very well though.

Any help please? I now it is not a hardware issue.

UPDATE!!

I took the phone for repairs. We found out the network cable that sits over the battery had been dislodged as a result of the battery swelling. The phone had been in a phone case, so I had no idea about about the battery swell.

Battery replaced and network cable is back in its slot. Everything is back to normal.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

I note you claim to have done all the resets.

Have you actioned Reset MOBILE network settings then restarted your device please?

Hello. I have done this as well....no luck. Someone said the issue might be with the software update I did.

Hi. Have you tried opening the phone to see if the network cable has been dislodged? Mine was as a result of a swollen battery.
