Got my A55 in late Oct 2024.
Very happy!
Now 3 months down the line different situation.
Constant issue connecting to mobil network. Totally unreliable and basically useless!!
I reset everything. I found that if I reset network settings it might be working for a few minutes but then same issue again!
I basically deleted all my apps switch off everything, updated everything that can be updated, taken SIM out, pushed it in again if there were a bad connection, switch. Wifi on and for that sake off and still I find same issue.
Very disappointed 😞 i would have purchased another if I knew such issues would come.
On wifi it is as the first 2 months but on network is sucks. I have been sitting next to people with other brands of phones and with same SIM cart fromy company and their phone is working smooth and well. It does not matter if it is iPhone or oppo all work fine just the A55!!!
What will Samsung do????

Hello 👋 @MPkeepcool and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
I'm sorry to learn of the issues your currently experiencing. 😔
May I ask if the sim works OK in another phone ?
Perhaps try another networks sim card in your phone to see what happens then.
There is also a Diagnostic Tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

Hi Band of Brothers,
I went to a Samsung service center. They basically just checked my settings. I must also admit at the center I had no issues the connection was very fast and it would not stall connecting.
With this said! I went to have an eSIM installed to eliminate the physical connection. Slightly better BUT again today I have it confirmed that there is an issue. I met up with one of my staff. I tried to make a Teams call but after several minutes I gave up. My staff gave me his phone and bang connected and his phone connected as it should and I could call. He use an older Samsung but same phone company and same subscription package!
Later on I wanted to pay a driver another but I my app could not connect. Driver then made a hotspot which I connected to and bang I connected and was able to pay.
I have ran the diagnosis and all is good!
My summary is that the phone has an issu unless the signal is very strong. How do I get Samsung to acknowledge this?

UPDATE.
Took some time but issue solved.
It turned out that my second SIM card even connected was blocked. When opened 100% it all returned to normal.
With this said Samsung has an issue using dual SIM or for that eSIM as if one of them has an issue it impacts the connection stability on the working SIM unless the signal is absolutely excellent.
When I went to Samsung stores my issue disappeared. When I went out in real life I had issues again. When I resat the phone I found that the one SIM did not connect correctly. Tried to remove it and all worked. Approached the supplier and got it fixed and wupti my phone were back to normal.
