Hi all,

Just got an A21s and impressed with what I've seen so far. Only issue is on some apps the colours appear to be too washed out instead of the deep  vibrant colours of the P9Lite I had before. Any idea on contrast changing as opposed to just brightness?

I believe they have been well aware the entire time and I'm sure they have someone checking over these.

Same issue here. Just replaced a Galaxy S8 with A21s and the colour definition is far far inferior. So much so I regret sticking with Samsung.

SAMSUNG - ARE YOU GOING TO GET THIS FIXED OR NOT. I need to know as do not believe what I have is really of maketable quality. Esspecially now I know this was a known issue.

if you bought it on a d
shop take it back and compare it to the display model.
if you bought it online I'm sure you get a 14 day returns policy if not happy with it

They are not going to do anything about it, Samsung won't even address it. Its seen as our fault for buying the low end model.

You will be lucky to get a response. Its dissapointing that even on a samsung hosted forum they dont even acknowledge this. I for one will be thinking very carefully before spending any more money with Samsung. To sacrifice the  screen quality to cut costs for me was a big mistake, when there are other competitors out there putting this at the forefront of their decsion making when rolling out a new model. Yes the battery life is acceptional and so is the speed of the device, but when you struggle to see the apps because they are blurry or poorly displayed, its doesnt look good on the manufacturer. Bad move Samsung. I hope you learn from this and consumers do their research before purchasing a new device.

Press and hold a blank area of your home screen for some options to appear at the bottom - in Widgets, you will find an option to add a digital clock to your home screen.

Okay, I just got this phone a week ago and ended up here because I can't stand the lighting on this phone. After realizing there was no help I decided to go to the App Store. I found an app called 'Screen Color Filter' and installed that.  It has preset colors but one option allows you to choose from a color wheel.  It works great while browsing the internet or using other apps, but you will still see the washed out blue tinted screen whenever you go into your settings or network connections, Etc.   It may help somebody.

This is totaly crazy. Just set up my new A21s and I have excatly the same issue as you all have here. Unfortunately I got this phone for free as a business phonbe from my work and I cannot change it. If I had baught it I would have send it back for sure.

I have had samsunges for 10 years now and I never had a color problem before. Even my cheap J6 was much better than the A21s. Really dissapointing... I am laughing they have installed a very good camera to this phone for no point since you cannot see the correct colors when you are taking a photo. You always think that there is something wrong with the lens but its not the lens... it is the screen color resolution.

And the bad part is there will be no help on the subject.

My mom's phone had same issue where red was displaying as burgundy. I went to settings/accesssibility/visibility enhancements and turned off color correction.  All colors are now displaying the same as my Galaxy.
