I've got a Samsung A51 running Android 10 / One UI 2.1 and updated to latest available security patch (1st September 2020).
Other users report being able to globally turn vibrations off [1], and this appears to have been available in stock Android since 2018 [2] (although it was available on Windows Phones in 2016...). I don't have the same options in my Accessibility menu - have Samsung moved this, or have they disabled the functionality completely?

Exactly, that's my question
I know that this functionality is available on One UI 2.5. One UI 2.1 was released laster than 2018, so have Samsung consciously removed the functionality?
If so, this is a _massive_ retrograde step, to the extent that I'd return my device and go and buy one that was actually useful...

Sorry mate, but NOT on an A52.. Nowhere is there a way to switch off vibrations just for messages. It is not in message app, and nothing on phone unless one mutes the phone..
Unknown what phone you have..
