A15 phone calls quiet ?

So I've got a A15 earlier this week and during phone calls its so quiet ! But if on speaker or Bluetooth its brilliant sound quality? 

Tried usual tricks and checked settings 

Any ideas?

Not your phone model but may have similar feature.

@gazthegr8: Apologies if you have tried this already, but when you're on a call, please try pressing the Volume Up button on the side of your Galaxy A15 to raise the overall call volume. If you have a case or cover on the phone, try removing it temporarily, as it may be obstructing the phones in-call speaker.

Thank you tried these options , ran a diagnostic and this came up , so I reckon phone is faulty

Urgh not good. Have you had a look at the speaker just to see if there's any dirt, dust or a covering over it. Failing that then yes return for refund / replacement

Yeah nothing obvious so sadly refund /replacement I reckon
