A14 4G - How to connect hearing aid?

Does anyone know how to connect danalogic hearing aids to Bluetooth on a Samsung A14 4g

@Joke22  if you go to Settings-Accessibility-Hearing enhancements-Hearing Aid Support. Tap Bluetooth Hearing aids, continue and follow the instructions:

Thought it was on A14 5G, if not available think limitations..

I had the same problem . After the upgrade been done, restart your phone and it will work.

I have contacted technical support and they confirmed that hearing aid support is not provided on the UK model (A14 5G), though it is on the US version (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00085522/). They suggested I put in a feature request (though I'm trying to work out how to do that...). 

I did try upgrading to the latest software version (including the accessibility app), and restarting, to no effect. Very disappointing, as this is the primary reason I purchased the phone.
