I have a samsung A34 5g mobile and trying to connect my nhs digital hearing aid to take calls and listen to music and I unable to find how to do this if I can

@Irw: If this feature is supported on your Galaxy A34 5G, then it can be accessed by following the steps below. 

Swipe up from your Home screen > Settings (cog symbol) > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Hearing aid support > Bluetooth hearing aids (tap to connect) > Follow the on-screen instructions.

I contacted Samsung and hearing ***** are not compatible to these 0hones which I think its unfair for people like us

Just tried pairing my partners new hearing ***** with the Galaxy A34 5G and as others it didn't work. Not happy after spending so much on a phone.

I am hard of hearing and cannot connect my hearing aids via bluetooth on my A34 phone as in Accessibility there is no capability to choose Bluetooth hearing aids. Please can this be added to A34 updates so I can connect my hearing aids.Thanks engineers.

Hi @Deafness  The A34 is not on the  Audio Service compatibility list  https://www.audioservice.com/en/accessories/apps/compatibility/ 

Need to see if it will be added in the future.
