Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!
Yes, a Samsung Galaxy A15 is compatible with pairing hearing aids and using the BeMore app to control them with full functionality, as it is considered Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC) according to the 2019 ANSI standard; meaning you should be able to adjust settings and access features through the BeMore app on your phone.
Open Settings > Select [missing option].
Some phones and some applications have noise cancellation settings that can cause issues with microphones. Try turning off noise cancellation settings.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Accessibility
Step 2. Select Hearing enhancements > Select Hearing aid support.
1. Turn on Bluetooth in your phone's settings.
2. Turn on your hearing aids' pairing mode.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap Connected devices.
5. Tap Pair new device.
6. Select your hearing aids from the list of available devices.
7. Once both devices are paired, you'll see the connection status.

Hello @funny2
Usually if a phone has support within then it's available in settings such as Accessibility settings.
May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.
It might be also beneficial to search out a forum that has help in regards to your chosen app etc.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
