Hi, from last 3 weeks I have a issue that from 1 side of my phone touch is getting missing. I tried every setting I could have done but it's the same. It's a line from A-L that full line is doing missing or you can say ghost touch. It was working fine till Dec end but now it's a huge problem. What should I do now ?

Hello @Muaz3

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

Run the diagnostic tool found in the Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

Finally Factory reset after backing up as a very last resort.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess the phone if necessary.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

May I suggest a soft reboot?

Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously for more than seven seconds.

Go to the Samsung Members app, diagnostics, and see if anything comes up.

Check your touch sensitivity settings and adjust them.

Worse case, contact customer support and see if they can repair it.

This is extremely rare, but make sure your case isn't interfering with anything.

I would contact customer support; they may recommend a repair center.
