Hello! I have a little old A13 that I a while ago turned on again and it had a passcode. I thought I remembered it but it was locked so I factory reset it via recovery mode, which had worked before. Then it forces me to connect to the same Wi-Fi network that it originally was connected to, so I connect to the original Wi-Fi. And then it forces me to use the pattern or the Google account. I think I deleted the Google account and I just barely remember the pattern but can't put my finger on it. Pretty sure it's in the shape of an A of some sort. Can I fix it via IMEI, or original phone email? Original email used on the phone during first boot does not work. Same with pattern.

@SM-: It sounds like you have a Google Factory Reset Protection Lock in place on the device, which requires you to enter the Google account details that were registered to the phone in order to regain access. If you can't remember your credentials, including your Lock screen pattern, then you can arrange for an engineer to unlock the phone for you. To do so, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred channel, and an advisor will be able to make the necessary arrangements for you. If you are based in the UK then you can arrange the inspection yourself by clicking on the link below.

Please note that you will require a copy of the proof of purchase for the A13 (the invoice or receipt), as your query relates to a security feature of the device.
