19th Aug Galaxy A03 Firmware update fail

Hi

Just got a firmware update fail message on my new A03 which says to take the phone to a Samsung service centre. 

Is there a fix or easy resolution fir this please?

I have a week to return it to amazon as I only bought it 3 weeks ago,  but don't know if it's going to be an big problem in the future or a simple fix...

Mine seems to go through the whole process and tenors the phone. Then I get a pop up to say Firmware Update Failed.
