My volume key is gliched  it only changes the volume sometimes when I use it does anyone have any solutions

Try "rocking" the volume up, and volume down buttons alternately- by that, I mean press one button, quickly followed by the other... kinda like a "seesaw" motion. It might solve this if both buttons are sitting on some kind of rocker switch.
