Recently I've updated to the latest software on my Galaxy A33 5G. After the update, I immediately noticed that my phone frequently heats up when I use it for regular tasks such as watching YouTube.
This has never happened before and I don't know why it happens now.
My phone is in great condition, no physical damages.
I cannot reset my phone because it contains many important data. Can someone give me a solution? Thanks in advance.

You will need to plug into a working device or pc/laptop.

You can try booting into safe mode to see if this overheating issue disappears.
Long press the power button, long press on the power icon. Tap safe mode icon. Your phone will restart in safe mode (you will still have WiFi, but you may need to turn off flight mode). Any 3rd party apps or customisations won't load. If the phone remains cool, then it's likely it may be caused by one of your 3rd party apps or customisations. You will need to pinpoint which, one by one.
If you still experience heating, then I'd recommend backing up your device, especially all your important files, and performing a full factory reset.
