Samsung odyssey g7 g70b After the 1661 update, the Tizen home screen is not loading.

My monitor was automatically updated to version 1661. When I press the home screen button, it gets stuck on the ‘Preparing… Please wait’ screen.

I restarted the software and tried everything, but it still gets stuck at the same screen.

Have you tried a system cache or a full reset? You could try disconnecting from the Internet and restarting it. If you have it sorted you'll have to say what the issue was for others

Got same problem on my G70B, after update 1661 can't access smart hub. Won't load in

I have the exact same problem with my oled G85SB.
Seems that the firmware update broke the tizen. I tried to reset the sofware but doesn't help.

i can get mine to go past 1% if I remove network settings. Then it hangs at 99%.
Does yours crash at 99% every time?

I got exactly same problem, could get it to 99% and crash (G70B)
