Hello. I recently purchased an odyssey ark. I am trying to log in to Samsung smartthings but an error occurs and I cannot log in. I checked the forum and tried resetting smartthings but it did not work. I also saw an article on changing the country but the terms of use do not appear in the first place. I tried changing the VPN and connecting but there was no improvement. I am currently in Japan, so is it possible that it cannot be used in Japan? Thank you in advance.
