Samsung np530u3c - trying to install Windows on a new SSD results in a boot loop

I have replaced the HDD for an SSD and have installed Win 10 using a USB but when the laptop boots it just goes into a boot loop 

Possible driver issues?

Has anyone else installed a fresh windows on these and any help please?
