I recently bought a new Samsung GalaxyBook 4 Edge. I really like the laptop and not here complain about UFS storage they used. However, I am getting far less speed even for UFS storage.
I have seen other benchmark for the same model with write speed of 2800MB/s. So I am really confused what is wrong with mine while I get good read speeds. And yes, I have already updated the firmware, drivers and full windows update. So far ran like 5 benchmark on CrystalMark and all are giving same results.
I got the laptop in a really good deal with S9 tab and trade in bonus. So returning this is not really a good option for me.
Update: Changed couple of settings including Performance mode. It was previously in high performance mode and switched it to Optimal. There was no difference until I rebooted. Now getting write speed of 2800+MB/s. Switched it back to high performance mode and still getting same speed.
Update: The issue keeps coming back need to reboot every time to fix it. Shutdown and issue is back on next boot.
I hope Samsung fix this bug as I understand it is affecting other GlalaxyBook 4 Edge users.
