Samsung CRG5 gaming monitor won’t turn on, no power please help

I bought a Samsung CRG5 gaming monitor for my son  for Xmas and it won’t turn on, no power! please help!!

Totally ruined Xmas!!

ive done everything possible!

is there something I’ve missed?????

That's not what we like to hear, @NP50. Where did you buy the Monitor? Have you tried more than one electric socket and are you able to try a different power cable?

Bought from Amazon! Yes tried everything and I’ve identified it’s the lead! Samsung totally unhelpful
