Hi,

I’m trying to connect my Samsung Xpress M2020W printer to my WiFi network but having trouble

  • No WPS button on my router
  • Tried Samsung Easy Printer Manager, but it didn’t work
  • Printer works with USB
  • I’m using Microsoft Windows

Can someone please guide me step-by-step on how to set it up wirelessly? Thanks!

Hey! Had the same issue, here’s what worked for me:

  1. Connect the printer to your PC with USB.
  2. Open Samsung Easy Printer Manager.
  3. Make sure it’s in “Advanced Mode” (click the icon top-right if needed).
  4. Go to Device Settings > Wireless Settings.
  5. Follow the wizard to select your WiFi network and enter the password.
  6. Once it says it’s connected, unplug USB and test printing over WiFi.

Hope this helps!

@andytruman: Samsung no longer manufactures or provides support for printers, and subsequently all Samsung printer related support is handled directly by HP. Please visit the official HP website for further assistance and questions on your printer, including drivers, downloads and other related support.

I hope this helps.
