Odyssey G7 27" input lag mode broken?

Hi. 

I bought this monitor for next gen consoles and possibly pc in the future. Currently i'm still on my ps4 connected through HDMI port. Whenever i switch the 'low input lag mode' on the screen gets some kind of disortion for a few frames every 15 or 20 seconds. When the mode is set to off it seems that everything is ok. Because of that problem i'd like to kindly ask a few questions.

Does anyone experienced the same issue?

Could it be a software or hardware problem?

Any possible solution for that except returning the monitor to the seller?

nice monitor you've got 

try these things

-reset the monitor  / Menu → Support → Reset → Reset All

-try other cable

-install firmware

-update the firmware (guide on page 36 of manual)

Hi, I ha e this monitor and also experience this same issue and have noticed a lot of people on reddit with the same issue. I'm using HDMI on my XSX.

Is the low input lag problem going to get fix with an update? I play on ps5 when i enable low input lag my screen is like lagging every 20 sec i try it to 60hz and 120hz the problem remains what is going on i pay 650 euros for this product

try using HDMI 2 cable and set the refresh rate to 120 Hz  😉

hello, i have the same problem with my samsung odissey G7 (I play with my PS4 Pro)

when i enable low input lag, my screen lagging every 20/30 second.

Have tried everything. It's most likely software issue.

i don't think it's an HDMI cable problem, but I'll try anyway.
