How To Disable My Monitor's Auto Onscreen Display (OSD) Popup?

I have a Samsung SF350 27 Inch LED Monitor, and every time I go to the computer after the display has gone to sleep, it pops up an annoying onscreen display (OSD) for about 10 seconds. I don't need it to pop up every time it wakes from sleep. It is very large, intrusive and annoying. I don't even understand the use of it. As well as this, it pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and obscures my Windows 10 notifications.

Can someone please tell me how to disable it?

Thanks...

For sure there are many models affected. Hope they fix all of them.

Then I hope there will be an update for this as well. The cursed, unnecessary OSD menu annoys me every day.  LF24T370FWRXEN FW: M-3700FCQB-1000.1

I'd encourage everyone who has this issue to contact Samsung to tell them you're affected by it too, and give them your model number.   We may have a better chance of getting a broad fix if lots of us complain.

FYI, here's the "email the ceo" URL:

I'm writing this in 2024 and i have the model: LF27T350FHNXZA. There are so many nuances to this monitor, I can't believe I'm still dealing with them in this day and age. I also have the auto on-screen display. When I put my computer to sleep, my monitor will give me the message "no signal HDMI check cable connection" for about 5 minutes. Very annoying when I'm trying to go to sleep.

Unfortunately, seems like they are not going to do anything. They say firmware updates are only to fix bugs and not to change features. Since they don't consider this to be a bug we can safely assume that our complaints will be ignored.

@Samsung, you have to fix this. Your product teams should know better. Incredibly annoying "features".

Just dropped $1100+ USD on the Odyssey G9 OLED 49" monitor and every single time I wake the screen from sleep, I get two popups, one after the other. The first one is the game mode settings bar. It takes around 7 or 8 seconds to go away, then the second popup comes up, saying:

Press and hold the Play/Pause button on the remote control or the Settings button with the Panel Key to open the Game Bar.

These are completely unnecessary to be shown every time the monitor wakes up. This is tutorial-level stuff that should only be shown once to users.

They won't fix it. Avoid Samsung monitors. There must be a lot of models affected by this bug.

Same issue on my brand new LS32D702EANXGO. This is infuriating.
