Hi,

I have a Book 4 Edge (NP960XMB-KB1UK) and reset the system. However now, it is stuck in a boot loop where it says Welcome on the Windows Boot screen, then  Installing, gets to 64% and then restarts.

Samsung Recovery Mode doesn't seem to work. Interrupting Windows boot to get repair options also doesn't work

Is there an ISO available somewhere restore the system to factory? Support page has nothing

Thanks

Hey guys I struggled with the exact same problem. Keep spamming the f10 button until you get into windows safe mode. From there, select the middle option on the screen(I forgot what it was called) then look for the option where it says to factory reset your laptop.

Thanks @JujuDaMan . Spamming F10 (and clicking the appropriate options... all the way to Factory Reset) work as described.

It's just annoying that for an expensive laptop, at this modern age, we still see such basic issues. Proper testing has not been done on this model and I think it was just rushed to the market.

It's a f mess! I've lost all my insta360 movies cause of this bad f laptop. Doesn't repair, does not escape boot loop. Worst f laptop for 1.6k$. Who ever thought of going windows with arm? It is a ***** mess. Too bad i ve got the ultra and watch too. Next is iphone for me, i did ditched then cause of a similar thing, but samsung does it 10 times worse
