Hello,
A few days ago, I purchased an Odyssey 32" G70D monitor. As soon as I connected it to the internet via the Ethernet port, it detected a new firmware version (v1333) and automatically updated.
After the update completed and the monitor rebooted, the Ethernet port stopped working. I’ve tried connecting it directly to my router and several Ethernet switches, performed a factory reset, and tested multiple Ethernet cables — all without success. The connected devices show no link or activity from the monitor’s Ethernet port.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you

Try rolling back or updating the firmware again. If that doesn’t work, contact Samsung support, might be a firmware bug or hardware issue.

Hello, I cannot find the previous firmware and it doesn't let reflashing the current one.
