Default Settings and PIN Problem

I'm trying to restore default settings on my 27" ViewFinity S9, and it's asking for a 4-digit PIN. My PIN is 6-digit. When I tried to reset the pin, it asked me for a 6-digit pin again. What is the 4-digit pin?
