I have recently purchased a Samsung 34" S65TC Thunderbolt 4 ViewFinity Monitor. Unfortunately it keeps losing connection to my MacBook, which I thought might be to do with a faulty cable (I am using the one provided with the monitor) but now it is losing the camera connection when on a Teams call so it suggests it could be a wider issue.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas how to fix it?
I specifically bought this monitor so it would seamlessly connect with, and charge, my MacBook and now I am thinking it was an expensive mistake!

Same here. Causing weird audio issues and "restarting" the webcam by popping it down/up again seems to restart it.
I've tried Samsung support without luck (the support chat stopped working - cookie too big?). My guess is that the webcam is using USB internally and there's something causing that to misbehave on Macs.

Hey, just wondering if you had any luck with this? I too am having connection issues, where it keeps switching from Thunderbolt 4/USB-C to HDMI randomly?

Samsung support sent me a new thunderbolt cable and I haven't experienced it since.
But I've been working less from home, so it might come back. Worth a shot at least.
