Woke up and my q80r soundbar has no sound or shows text/notifications

Hi everyone. Just woke up and noticed there was no sound coming from my q80r. Didn't change a thing. I've been using it with an LG G2 for over a year now. and its been working perfectly. I've tried everything to fix it that's on the site.

When it comes to its text appearing on the screen (on/off, volume etc) not working , that i've had since the beginning but i could at least control it from smart things and there was definitely sound.  

Anyone else had this issue all of a sudden out of nowhere? Thanks in advance

Within the last week or so my Q80R’s sound has quit 2 or 3 times while I was watching tv. Turning off devices did not help. The only thing that worked was unplugging the sound bar and then plugging it back in. After doing that all was normal. This had never happened previously as I’ve had this bar for 4 years. There was no indication of any problem, tv was not muted, the bar was on the proper input. Nothing had happened, the sound just quit while watching. I’m concerned that something internally may be starting to fail.
