Sub woofer not working

Hi guys , my subwoofer has stopped working with my soundbar.  There is power to the unit but no lights are on ( red or blue ) . The model number is PS-WJ650  . Has been working fine for years.

Any help would be great .

Could we also take the model code of your Soundbar please? You can find this on a label at the back of the Soundbar.

Have you tried connecting the subwoofer manually? Have a look at page 14 of the user manual here.

I have . No lights at all on subwoofer. No standby or link. I've tested the power cable and it's fine. Seems there's no power within the unit.

Maybe a board problem?
