sound bar volume goes loud on its own

hi when my samsung hw-n300 sounbar is conncted  to my samsung 55 inch smart tv the volume keeps going loud on its own i turn it down with the remote but after several minutes it goes loud again

I have the Samsung HW-K550 sound bar.  this worked like a champ for me.  There is a black clip to lock the ribbon in place.  Flip that up and the ribbon slide out easily. Ribbon is about 1/4 wide and runs directly to sound control panel.  7 screws on mine to take it off.  Thanks for the info and if anyone has the K550, this works too!

I have unhooked the strip attaching the + - push buttons and my HW - T 400 sound bar still jumps to full volume from my Samsung Neo  QN50QN90AFF. 
I am hooked to the sound bar by Bluetooth because my optical cable connection won’t stay on.

disconnecting the ribbon inside the bar,works. Problem solved. Thanks
