Hello I finally got soundbar updated and fix all problems, tho I think usb at bottom not best design for ppl who don't wall mount but anyway.
I linked alexa up and it turned volume up and down, I noticed it goes quiet for bit, but suddenly my levels which loud at 15 quiet and have to go to 34,felt flat as well, so I thought don't really need this gimmick, unlinked it and boom, sound mega loud at 34,had to quickly turn it down, it dudd came back to life, so out of interest any one else had same problems with alexa, maybe alexa applies it volume control on top of it etc, maybe alexa needs a pass though, as alexa app has been a eq too, so
