Hello
I have a Samsung soundbar (HW-S40T).
I connected it to a TV with Bluetooth. And it was working fine for some months. After, it starts cracking in the sound sometimes, the music drops for 2 seconds and the software seems to freeze sometimes. If connect it with an optical cable, the creaking get worst. I bought already another soundbar to replace and the new one (LG) is working fine via Bluetooth on TV. The cracking is on every volume level en het komt niet uit de “subwoofer” speakers, maar uit de twee andere speakertjes.
I already reseted the soundbar.
I already re-installed the firmware.
I already checked the power supply (measured 23,8V, while 24V is labled, I am not sure this is the problem).
I already checked the cable connections and they are OK.
I already replaced the thermal cooling tape on the music processor.
any suggestions what I still can do to solve this issue.
Thanks!
