Samsung TV + Samsung Soundbar + BT Hearing device

Hello

I want to connect my B(lue)t(ooth) hearing device to my TV and that's no prob.

Multi Sound on and yes, sound through TV speakers & hearing device.

 

When I try to listen through the soundbar (TV speakers off), the TV stated that there are to many devices connected.

The soundbar is connected through HDMI3 (ARC); HDMI1 = chromecast & HDMI2 = topbox

 

Is there a way to manage it in a way that my wife can listen through the Sound Bar and I through my hearing device??

Thanks for getting back to me, @Arie_Baars. I was hoping the soundbar has optic out as TV's can only accept one Bluetooth device at a time. There may be a way to connect multiple devices using the Multiroom Hub, but it would be best to speak with a Product Specialist, to see if this is possible. They can be reached by calling 0330 726 7864.

Hi @Arie_Baars. Can you tell me the model numbers of your TV and soundbar? Have you tried connecting the soundbar using an optical cable?

optical is not an option
sound volume button on tv remote acts on hearing device
